Very positive experience with this tech first insurance company. They came round, installed all the gear and it all worked flawlessly, the camera is great as you can view your home from anywhere in the world with internet! Great product and competitively priced. Their website is super easy to navigate too. Can't recommend enough.

Still waiting for my camera to be delivered, however their customer service is amazing. I emailed them and within 5 minutes I had a reply. Would definitely recommend. Can't wait for the camera to come now 😊

All of the reviews look positive - obviously they haven't tried to make a claim. Really could not advise this place, been completely messed around and now I'm stuck with no hot water and/or heating for a week during the coldest week of the year!

As mentioned by someone else, hopefully you won't need to make a claim, had a leak in bathroom, took out downstairs ceiling and flooring, wouldn't payout for anything that would need to be damaged to repair leak such as tiles and bath etc, very hard to claim, won't be using again.

Well, it seems that Neos Home Insurance are getting yet another bad review. Extremely disappointed by their service with our boiler which has cracked, leaked through the ceiling and left a hole in it and no water. So far it’s not been resolved. We spent all day waiting for them to call back and trying to get an answer out of them is like ‘getting blood out of stone’. There’s not a lot of point in having a policy that doesn’t cover. Will not be renewing later in the year and will be seeking further information about mis-selling of policies and whether the policy is actually fit for purpose. We feel very mislead. And, for the company to keep on replying to every one of these poor reviews ‘oh it’s all in the document’ well, THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! This should be made clear before you take our money!!! If you are offering a service then provide it.

Beware - Will go to all lengths to avoid paying hard working customers. Leak in shower room resulting in damage to floor, ceiling and shower itself. Not covered under faulty workmanship (which is a general exclusion!!!) or as a result of sealant or grout despite property only being 5 years old. Took 7 days to send out a surveyor to review the claim. He advised me that I did not have cover for 'trace and access', so I would not be able to claim for the work already done by the plumber to identify the leak. It turns out I do have additional cover for this and could claim up to £1,000. They do not work weekends and everything is handled within 3 workings days. So if you do have an issue - expect to be waiting a while for any resolution - if you are that lucky and they either don't lie or find a clause in your policy to not compensate.

I am posting this review as a result of numerous failed attempts to resolve a smart camera Amazon Alexa streaming failure since 4th October 2021. I have owned one or more of these smart cameras from Neos since July 2019, and invested in two more in April 2021. I also pay for a monthly subscription to be able to replay smart camera footage on my mobile phone, but the Amazon Alexa streaming facility is the one I need more than anything else. Unfortunately after several email conversations on this technical failure since 18th October until 2nd December 2021, I had concluded that this company are both unwilling and unable to resolve an outage which they should have prioritised within a week. The last response received on 2nd December 2021 from James Sargeant claimed that they are going to update me and that I should feel free to approach citizens' advice if I want to escalate a formal complaint under the consumer credit act. Please do not buy a smart camera if you require Amazon Alexa streaming on your Amazon echo show or Fire TV devices, as it won't work and Neos are unable and unwilling to resolve it for 2 months now.
