My saddle, Brooks B17 Standard in green, broke just after short time on the metal parts. I payed a lot of money and the retailer does not want to refund that Problem. How can a saddle, even with good care by me, get rusty so quick?

I have the B17 Special and the quality of the saddle is amazing. Extremely comfortable and looks beautiful. Their customer service is very fast when I had a concern and their turnaround time was exceptional. I have to give praise to Steven and Gosia for their efforts :)

My C17 (+- 140€) broke after 4 years, so after warranty, but did get a replacement after shipping back the old one, so thanks!

Low quality of the B17. Looses leather colour after 90 km of driving with bike trousers. Very sad.

You can't get any better than a Brooks saddle really. I absolutely love their products, the B33 is my all time fabourite saddle, it might weigh nearly 2KG but it is the ultimate cruiser saddle no doubt about that. Timeless design and endless comfort.

The level of support Brooks give you is unparalleled, both in terms of build quality and rideability aswell as the after sales support from the company itself. They have always helped me out if I needed some advice or a spare part.

If only all bicycle companies were this brilliant - simply the best.

Excellent service, as usual. just picked up spares . Very nice man even gave me a tool to help do the spring nuts on a B67 saddle. If you have ever tried to get your fingers in between the springs to do the nuts up, you’ll know what I mean😉
I have Just done the nuts up like I was an employee.

Well used B17 Saddle repaired out of warranty on about a week. Looks great and the repair should last years.
