My small fishpond was regularly leaking and I was unable to get anyone to come and fix it. I finally found Mark whose professional can-do approach was very reassuring. The job became a bit bigger than originally anticipated, as a large water feature had to be removed, but Mark undertook the work with good humour and positivity and no extra cost. Mark is polite, friendly and maintains a confident approach and the work looks very good. He was happy to reassure me that the pond would now not leak and that the fish would be happy!! I can highly recommend Mark for this work. Great job and I'm very relieved I don't have to worry about the pond anymore. Thank you Mark.

We delivered a shell and brought back a boat. We removed the old decking ordered some timber cut to size and shape,contacted Mark about fibreglassing the new deck mid October,he was very enthusiastic about the task so work began and on Friday we collected the boat very pleased with the result. Would recommend for service and workmanship.

I had a really positive and productive experience with Mark from Phoenix Fibreglass Solutions and I can thoroughly recommend him and the service that he offers. Mark was polite and efficient from the very first contact until the completion of my job a week or so later. He certainly knows his craft and he was able to offer me a lot of good advice and he made several useful suggestions during our discussions. He provided me with details of what would be done and how long it might take, together with an estimate of the probable cost (which he stuck to). On the agreed day he arrived on time, kept me informed of progress throughout the day and worked through non-stop until the job was finished. After completion Mark carefully cleared up behind him and he ensured that the site was in a neat and tidy condition before leaving. His workmanship was first class and he was a delight to work with.
