Really great service from Recovery World, they have built us some amazing vehicles in the past. Our 2 latest ones have been well received by our drivers who are really impressed with the comfort and the quality, If they are happy then I am happy. I also want to add that nothing is too much trouble for them and they work quickly to supply me with any answers I need. A good company who we will use at every opportunity.

Ordered some beacons bands, they contacted me to advise they couldn't deliver the amount I needed, but credited back what was owed and even did a discount on the remaining bits I had. Very good customer service!

I have had a few dealings with Alex and Rhys at Recovery World and they have never failed to provide excellent service; even in somewhat difficult circumstances. They are always polite and professional and go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are well looked after and get everything they need. Even if that 'difficult' customer (me) asks for the moon and stars - They are great; a pleasure to do business with them and will be using for all my hire requirements moving forward.
