Terrible after service!! I had a new boiler installed only 6 months ago and it’s broken down. After reporting the problem to intergas they said they had no technicians available for a week. We accepted the delay and waited for the arranged day. When the arranged day arrived we received a phone call from the technician saying he wasn’t coming and wouldn’t be able to come out to us for another 6 days because he had a bad back!!!( poor bloke) When my partner contacted the customer services explaining we had been left without hot water or heating for nearly 2 weeks while looking after our young child, my partner has arthritis and myself a builder with a bad back, all they suggested is that we keep BOILING THE KETTLE

Fantastic after service from the team at Intergas, even when calling ten minutes before closing, They promptly called me back and stayed on the line well after closing. They were able to quickly identify and resolve my query in minutes. As a small independent installer these are the things that really matter. Certainly make you feel like one of the family.
Quality service from a quality manufacturer,
Great to know they are there when you need them,
Keep up the good work guys!!!!

Colin Jones is an asset to Intergas. He was absolutely amazing and went out of his way to help. He seemed really knowledgeable and we felt reassured that we were in good hands.

Thier service is very poor. My heating is not working and they wont be coming to sort it for 5 days. I called them this morning at 11am. at 12.30pm they tell me that they will come after 5 days, even after telling them that I have a big HMO with 9 people in the house with 24 hour occupancy. I asked them if I got it fixed by a gas engineer, will they reimburse me under the guarantee. They refused. I took an extended guarantee of 6 years. Now I am stuck with them. I only bought Intergas because I read good reviews but I did not check the service reviews.

Our first encounter with an Intergas boiler was in 2019 after moving to Liverpool. A local company (not Intergas) serviced the boiler and identified a few issues. Fortunately the previous owners had extended the Intergas warranty. Long story short, the next day Colin from Intergas arrived. A few minutes in it was clear we were in very safe hands. Colin provided us with absolute confidence. Not only did he identify and rectify the issues, he explained exactly what he had done and why. Colin also explained the benefits of the Intergas boiler design and suggested optimal settings for our configuration. Colin was a great ambassador for Intergas and a credit to the wider industry. Going forward we now always request Colin from Intergas for our annual service. Thank you Colin, see you in another 12 months!

Excellent service. Spoke to the office about a fault with our boiler. Really helpful and arranged a visit for the following day. Engineer was so knowledgeable and fixed the problem straight away. Could not have been more helpful. Brilliant boiler and service under warranty. Could not ask for more.

We have a Intergas combi boiler that is not pressurising (It is only 2 years old). I have been on the phone for 45 mins waiting for an answer from their guarantee department without receiving any answer. ...................It's getting cold in here!
I then rang parts dept who answered immediately and helpfully. They have referred matter to service dept. who hopefully will be equally helpful. Star rating may rise (or maybe not).

I had an Intergas boiler fitted by an "Intergas Platinum Installer".

I had safety concerns with the installation so asked Intergas to supply an alternate fitter to check/remedy the issues at no cost to me - the original fitter was an Intergas Platinum Installer, after all.

Their reply?

"Upon receiving your email below, I am sorry to hear you have had an issue with your installation.
Intergas are only a manufacture of a boiler, which we do not carry out installation of boilers in properties.
A Platinum Installer recognises that a Gas Safe Engineer / Installer has attended an Intergas training day coarse to understand the products that we manufacture.
Intergas do not tell an engineer / installer how to install a boiler e.g. electrics and pipework. The engineer / installer should already be competent to do this through there relevant college training, various qualifications and experience.
Therefore, the installer / engineer who you arranged your contract of installation would not be employed by Intergas. The engineer / installer would either be self employed or working for a heating firm, it would be best to make contact with the relevant engineer / installer or heating firm to advise of the issues, so they can carry out the remedial work which has been mentioned. There is also no reason you are not able to contact and use another engineer / installer or firm to carry out your remedial work, however as these would be self employed people or working for a firm they would more than likely charge you, as yet again they are not employed by Intergas."
