Abysmal system in place to handle orders. Advised order was acceptable for next day delivery. I chased them up a few hours later to confirm was in fact going ahead, only to then be told it wasn't possible and would have to wait an additional two weeks (despite having stock, but their "IT system" was being updated and couldn't facilitate). Avoid at all costs.

The place is a joke and I mean that.i arrived today at 09.45. 9 trucks in front of me.still I went and let them know who I was and I was picking up a load for Edinburgh. Fair play to the fork truck driver he called me straight in.happy days I thought... not. Got part of the load on and he told me to go to the stores it would be quicker.... not.. been sat here for an hour and half. The bloke came down and said the same. I don't know what else has to go on you and I'm waiting for an email to come back.he said nobody is answering the phone or replying to emails.what a f__king joke. A company like this and this is how they work. I'm really surprised they are still in business I really am.i mean I was talking to one of the other drivers and he's been here since yesterday

Having received a quote, we went ahead with order. The order was then split among their various departments and the missed items are added in. This is the first stage of over complicating a simple thing. Each department invoices you separately then organises it's own transport, bumping up the cost and inevitably getting the gear out to you in dribs and drabs. We waited weeks to get the parts we needed to set the roof off.

The invoice system is something to behold, you're invited to pay (a pro forma). If you pay at this point, they then send an invoice. Because you've paid the pro forma and not the invoice, the reminder comes out. Being told to ignore all other invoices when you query it, as you've already paid leads to the point of which where we are now...solicitors letters threatening court.

The product is actually very good, the hassle involved in dealing with them makes an utterly terrible experience that will consume huge amounts of your time.

I'm amazed that kingspan hasn't sacked off the processes in place and made this company efficient.

I would strongly advise any one to shop elsewhere until the pathetic systems are overhauled, it is truly disgraceful the way this company operates. The single star is over rating them.

**Since posting my above review, I have been contacted by a senior manager and discussed at length, the systematic problems encountered. If they are rectified and the ordering, payment and delivery methods are united, this is probably the best roofing material available. Not only for the quality of the product, but in the ability to order a single dwelling supply and its pricing. Uniting the departments and having a single point of contact is key to making the product a clear market leader.**

If you have another choice of company to order from choose that other choice.
The multiple departments not communicating, lack of clear product information meaning people not understanding what they are selling and not being able to get responses to important questions means it is increadably hard to order the right things. Costs can sky rocket, I paid so much more than quoted and I found they had not started manufacture till after proposed delivery date.
Hardest company to deal with I've ever known.
There are lots of other companies I will use in future.

Looks good place, but some workers not very friendly.

I explained to this roof company the importance of getting the material on time and our scaffolding will be removed very soon before ordering. They managed to send us the material in within the week!

Done delivery,s for euro clad for 18 years but the last 18 month,s had nothing but trouble with 2 loader,s because they want thier pay but do not want to work they load you wrong as i only had a 3.5 van and they would put all the wieght over the front axel which would cost myself a £300 fine plus point,s i had to drive home home like this next morning my employer wanted me to drive back to cardiff to be loaded properly
