Incredibly unhelpful customer service, refused to give me any information unless I provided my email and telephone number. Simply wanted to find out unit prices and was given no information on the product or costings. Would avoid.

Used them on a self build. Good system.

As we are embarking on a rather large selfbuild, my partner and I settled on the idea of using woodcrete ICF as it would enable us to lay the blocks ourselves. We spent a lot of time investigating the different manufacturers and attended hands on demonstrations for both Durisol and Isotex. In the end we settled for Durisol for a number of reasons. Aside from the fantastic blocks, we have been very impressed by the customer service and specialist technical knowledge offered by Durisol. As a company they are reliable and offer an air of helpfulness, reliability and competance that we just didn't get from their competitor. Also, unlike their competitor, the previous Durisol customers we spoke with were full of praise for the company they had chosen. Trust us when we say that if you are considering woodcrete ICF then this is the company for you.

Using system on Selfbuild, product is very easy to use, the U-values are fantastic. The support and Technical information given has been second to none. Highly Recommend

Built a ground floor extension 5m x 10m and additional lounge/ orangery 10m x 7m took 5 hours to co structured 2 hours to pour ...cool in Summer v.warm in Winter ..brilliant ..company supported me with a training course and I paid for site assistance on build ..Very pleased...very quick Highly recommended 🙂
