Best in the area. Ladies only classes are excellent. I have been to a few over the years and this is by far the best one.

This is a martial arts school that amalgamates discipline, intense physically-strenuous training, and a head coach that says it how it is! Where else could you possibly grow faster as person?

I have been training at the temple for the better part of 8 years... and I don’t know where I would be if it wasn’t for the Temple Family.

Brilliant** love being here and training with my Shaolin family. Taking part in Women's Fitness to begin with to now being part of Shaolin Journey and having 121 lessons. The temple has helped me mentally, physically and emotionally, I can't wait to return ♡

The teachers are awesome, the students are lovely and the different class styles are lots of fun. Really enjoy training here :)
