The team that work there are really welcoming and friendly. So, if you're worried about coming down on your own and giving it a go. Don't be. Even the club members are easy to approach and talk with. The classes themselves are brilliant, very professional with the element of banter. even if you don't have the cardio to keep up at first (like myself). The more you attend you'll naturally develop with the cardio fitness it provides anyway.

I cannot recommend primal enough. All trainers are top class, super knowledgeable and friendly. Training here has helped me mentally, physically and socially.

Been at primal since relocating to the area in 2017. Can't recommend enough. Was welcome at the start with a great team of coaches and fellow students all happy to help. The level of the kids class is just amazing and cant wait for my little one to go once he is old enough.
