7 Primal Krav Maga

My Son started a year ago just before his 7th Birthday, could never get him to stick to any club tried Football, basketball & dodge ball but after a couple of weeks the excuses started to come.
But Krav!!!! He will get a party invite and if it falls on a training day his reply would be, oh I'll have to tell them I can't go I have Krav!! What a difference he started at once a week he went not knowing anyone and soon made friends, but now trains three times a week and does 15 minutes of sparing after each session.
It's great value for money Dan head instructor is fantastic with all the kids as are all the others if your child does well they will come out and find you to tell you they done good.
I really couldn't reccomend this club enough. Dan's wife Holly the organisation behind it all is fantastic she knows all the children by name greets them as they walk in, it feels like a second family unit.
My sons schoolwork has improved and his behaviour at home, give it a try you maybe surprised and you never know when your child will need the skills taught to them as no doubt one day they will.

I joined 7PKM 4 years ago as a beginner Krav Maga practitioner and the club provided me with opportunities for development beyond my expectations.

The team of professional coaches guided me to achieve brown belt and continues to support me in my Krav Maga journey. Training sessions, workshops and courses are carefully planned and deliver authentic self defence techniques that feel natural to execute and based on instinctive movement. The facility provides equipment of the highest standard, the staff are always helpful. Other members are very friendly and made me feel welcome from day one.

Can’t recommend 7PKM enough. It’s a wonderful community and professional team will look after you no matter if you’re a beginner or trained any martial arts before.
It’s a go to place if you’re interested in Krav Maga training.

The most effective training I have ever come across for both adults and kids.

I attend a range of the adult classes and I couldn't recommend the centre enough!!
I've never done anything like this before, and really didn't know what to expect. But the club is so warm and friendly, the instructors are incredible and so knowledgable, and the skills we learn and develop are genuinely useful and practical.
I'm fitter than I have been in ages! And I love going to a range of classes like Krav Maga, Kickboxing and Sparring. There is something here for everyone to gain from, whatever your skill or fitness level.

All of the instructors here are incredibly friendly, welcoming, helpful and extremely capable. While they each bring their own individual experiences to their teaching, between them they maintain a coherent, consistent and high-quality learning experience, and they are able to adapt their training to individual abilities and physicality.
I really enjoy the classes, and am so pleased that I decided to step into the building the first time to give it a go.

I’m only 2 classes in and I absolutely LOVE IT!! Everyone is so welcoming and sessions are extremely enjoyable. I have zero experience in any form of combat training, but I felt so comfortable and was encourage to participate at my own pace.
The instructors are great and I walk out buzzing with endorphins having learnt new skills Burnt a crazy amount of calories! Highly recommend!!

100% recommended,,,,Great instructors, equipment, location and price. No 2 sessions are the same. This class has helped build my sons confidence, has improved his mental health. The admin staff are responsive, knowledgeable and well organised.

I was looking for a martial arts gym for my two girls to attend for over a year and every gym we tried just didn't do it for them or me then we found 7PKM and Wow from day one it has been amazing. I've seen my two young girls grow in confidence and skill and the team at 7PKM go above and beyond not just with there members but us parents aswell keeping me up to date with everything that's happening.
The gym is family run with Dan the head instructor and Holly on reception and they are backed by a great team with male and female instructors which makes the classes feel inclusive if your male or female.
7PKM is a modern martial arts gym but with a family feel , lessons are easy to book and Holly is very helpful if you have an questions or need help.
I would highly recommend this gym for both adult and childrens classes you won't be disappointed .
