Fantastic experience all round. Been going for 7 years, master Nick is kind and patient and the learning is constant. Great self defence technics to gain confidence with.
Would recommend to anyone, any age.

Stopped going and joined football but moo soil academy is a wonderful martial arts and trips that I have heard about are amazing definitely recommend ‼️
