T K O Kickboxing & Boxing Academy

My daughter joined the ladies only kickboxing class. She finds it a great way to exercise and meet people. Everyone is friendly and although she is still a schoolgirl she really enjoys it.

Friendly staff and Efficient workouts, awesome experience and if you've ever wanted to do self defence/boxing/kickboxing then this is the place for you, I am definitely going back.

Ive had the most amazing 8 weeks of boxing training at TKO academy. The coaches are all fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming and supportive group of people to train with. I highly recommend to anyone that’s thinking of joining!

TKO are legends in my book great trainers and sessions are always varied and top quality. Attended two UWCB events over the last year with health and fitness improving dramatically due to the input from all @ TKO getting me in prime condition & boxing ability to really prepare for each fight and enjoy the experience. A+

Dave and the team are so on point with the training, definitely leave their gym feeling it! Now I have started there I won't go anywhere else. Decent equipment and they are always smiling! Great guys 👌
