Recommended for anyone (boys, girls, juniors and adults) looking to learn serious BJJ, Kickboxing, fighting and self-defense skills.
Very comfortable schedule.
Trainers are all very knowledgeable and professionals, keeping the classes unique and motivating.
Good for beginners looking to get in shape and learn an amazing skills.
The more advanced technique classes are great for fighters who want to get more advanced training.

This is a great gym, lots of classes to fit in around work and family life. I am not the fittest or most flexible person, in the past 6 months I have lost 10kg and my general fitness has improved vastly. Martin pitches his classes so that new students get as much out of it as those who have been training years. I was worried in the beginning about being brand new and getting injuried every lesson but I had nothing to worry about, everyone is willing to help others learn and improve. Come along and try it!!

Fantastic gym with a great instructor who really puts his heart and soul into the club and is extremely passionate about teaching BJJ to the point that it is infectious!
The atmosphere in the gym is very welcoming and the members are genuinely just a nice group of people from all walks of life.
The levels of ability range from beginners to high-level belts and there are classes to suit all levels
The Gym also offers a free trial to see if it is for you or not! so what have you got to lose?

Absolutely brilliant training environment full of friendly and welcoming people. Been learning BJJ here for a year now and loved every second of it. Quality coaching and a top bunch of training partners - 5* on all counts.

Best facility and instructors outside of London. There’s a competitive edge yet no egos, you’re free to train as light or as hard as you wish.
Friendly and welcoming atmosphere makes it easy entry for beginners or experienced grapplers all together.

Been to this just over two weeks now, and got to admit, loving it! Instructors are helpful and take the time to talk you and explain everything in detail. The classes are never overly busy so you get good quality coaching time, and it is just a fun environment to be in. I'm a beginner never really taken to BJJ but now addicted. I can see myself improving everyday. If you never done BJJ before i highly recommend coming here.

I've been grappling for years and this place is by far one of the best multi disciplined martial art gyms in the south. Cool people, cool gym. Highly recommended.
