Best gym in town for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, clean, easy to park and friendly. All levels welcome.

I have been trying with MCMA for almost six years now. Amazing facilities and excellent instructors. Head instructor Brian Knapp has a smorgasbord of technical ability and his classes are outstanding.
It is a place for a levels of Muay Thai practitioners. It is not only an excellent place to train, get fit, learn techniques it is also fun and friendly. Great almost to train. Highly recommend anyone who is interested in starting Muay Thai or who has been training for years. Classes tailored around all abilities.
By far (outside of Thailand) the best gym to train Muay Thai.
Highly recommend.

Brian and the team create an awesome atmosphere and environment for training. Even with no previous martial arts experience I have been welcomed into class without hesitation and treated like a member of the team from day 1, cannot recommend MCMA enough to anyone of any age or skill level.

I visited many clubs over several years until I stumbled across this place. I was made to feel welcome form the beginning both by the students and the instructors. The classes we're to a very high standard which was obvious form the off. The encouragement given by everyone makes you feel like you belong and want to go back to learn new technique which are so important to defending yourselves in the dangerous times. Not only have I learnt to defend myself but am also a lot more confident as a person in general. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to take up martial arts.
