The Combat Unit is amazing for people looking to get into martial arts or pick it back up. I had no fighting experience before joining and I was nervous going on my own for the first time, but the family friendly attitude and atmousphere in the gym is really special. The great thing is you can progress at a pace that you're comfortable with and there's no pressure. If you're looking to get fit, or just try something new; I'd fully recommend giving it a go!

The increase in confidence my 8 year old has shown since joining the combat unit is nuts. He’s learning real life values and not just how to fight. The coaches are second to none and I can’t recommend the place enough. Get involved people!!!
