Danny is a fantastic teacher. My 5 year old daughter attends his class with children from older age groups and Danny’s manages to keep them all engaged. I thought she’d want to stop after a couple of lessons but she loves it and can’t wait to go.

I have also found Danny to be very helpful outside of class, any queries or issues he will answer almost straight away.

Highly recommend his classes for any child who wants to learn Martial Arts.

Danny is a fantastic tutor. He not only teaches martial arts but also self confidence, respect and confidence. Jayden’s confidence has grown so much since he joined in January he looks forward to all the lessons and really enjoys them. What I see in all the lessons is the kids all enjoying the lesson and learning at the same time and showing respect for each other and Danny. Top tutor highly recommended.

Wow, my girls are doing exceptionally well at Martial Arts Midlands, so impressed so far. My eldest daughter is finding her confidence and feels disciplined following each session. As a single parent with two young children I find it excellent value for money too. The instructor is very informative and displays methodical teaching at each session. He is well liked by all his pupils in his session, and makes his sessions fun as well as gets good results from his students. I feel honoured to be able to sit and watch my girls do their best twice a week and lucky enough to have such an understanding teacher for my girls. I would certainly recommend Martial Arts Midlands to anyone who wants to give their child an opportunity to grow their confidence and learn Martial arts. Keep up the good work Martial Arts Midlands, highly recommended.

Danny is a fantastic instructor. Both of my children are part of this group and love their karate lessons.
Danny has managed to keep going with excellent lessons over Zoom during this pandemic and the children continue to progress, building their skill and confidence.
Anyone looking for their children to learn self-defence should look no further than MAM.

My step son started karate classes over zoom with Danny a few weeks ago, and has really loved it! He's learnt so much in a short space of time and really looks forward to the lessons. It's well organised and the fact it's over zoom doesn't have any impact on the quality of the teaching. Danny is great with the kids and still keeps their attention and concentration, and I feel takes time to focus on each child and ensure they're following it right, even though it's virtual which can't be easy!

Danny is brilliant! Really good with the students, firm but fair. Zoom classes throughout the lockdown have been great even continuing with gradings. My son had been doing classes and was thinking of quitting because he found something hard. Danny took the time to reassure him and he changed his mind. He even moved over to the leadership classes saying he now wants to be a black belt. Highly recommended to anyone.

Danny is great Sensei. He has a lot of time for the kids ensuring they have a proper understanding of what Karate is all about... he is firm but fair.. he makes the lessons fun as well as teaching the kids all about self discipline and respect. He encourages the kids to be focused on their learning.. during Lockdown he had continued this via Zoom classes either with a group or on a 1-2-1 basis for those that want to learn more. Can’t rate Martial Arts Midlands highly enough...

My son loves going to MAM.
Before going to karate he lacked confidence and I struggled to get him to join any out of school activities. Danny really took the time to help build up his confidence and had the patience to support him especially at the beginning when we had lots of tears and he didn’t want to join in. Danny interacts with the children at an age appropriate level and is able to explain things to them in a way they all understand. I would highly recommend MAM.
