I can't recommend PMA Llanfairfechan enough!
My son has been here for 6 years now and myself for 4, training together helps me to bond with him even more whilst learning new skills in martial arts and life skills also.
Leah is a fantastic friendly instructor who is very knowledgeable.She will bring out the best in you and push you that bit more every session.
We love it here.💪

My son joined PMA Team more then 2 years ago, when he was only 3 years old.
He enjoyes more then anything his classes and he's looking forward to take part in each class.
I highly recommend Kyoshi Leah and the team,I don't have enough words to show our appreciacion
for their hard work.
They make everything to seem so easy and engage all students with patience and highly skills in all the activities.

Been going to PMA since March 2013 and it has made a huge difference! Not only do you loose weight and tone up, but they have helped everyday life by teaching you self control and confidence. The academy itself is highly recommended and the instructor - Leah Carina is brilliant. She is very experienced and helpful. Anyone thinking about joining should not hesitate - go for it! The only regret I have is that I didn't join sooner! :-)

My son has been going to PMA for 7.5yrs, he started a month before his 4th birthday and is now 2nd Dan Black Belt. I can't recommend Leah and the whole PMA team enough. They are like a little community and are always there for you and your child if you ever need help, everybody looks after everybody else, no matter which dojo you are in. Leah is great with the kids and a fantastic, patient teacher. The kids all adore her.

My daughter has been going to PMA for 2 years and absolutely loves it, she would go every day if she could. Leah and the team are brilliant with the kids, keeping the sessions fun while instilling self confidence and discipline. Lily has come on massively while she has been with the club. I can’t not recommend them highly enough

During the lockdowns the club have gone above and beyond, quickly embracing technology to run zoom lessons. They put on extra session as well as organising lots of other activities to help keep the kids entertained and give them a some structure in a chaotic time. When we could not go to the dojo as we live outside of Conwy county, without having to ask, the team organised for Lily to go to another dojo in Bangor, so she could still go to live sessions. This is just a one little example of how the PMA team always push to do the best for their students and their families.

The best thing my daughter ever did was to join Pma. Its built her confidence and self esteem as well as giving her great skills. Fabulous staff who are friendly and professional.

Been going to PMA Llanfairfechan for over 6 years and I have to say it's the best decision I've made, not only has my fitness improved, my confidence has grown and not only that I've learnt a self-defence in the process. Each class is different and the instructor is superb. One of the other great things is that PMA is like a huge family and everyone helps each other and get along with each other. Everyone is kind and welcoming. I would recommend it to anyone. I've recently taken up the Jujitsu classes to start learning a second self defense, I wish I had taken it up sooner as I had no idea how much fun it is.

Fantastic place. Lovely friendly atmosphere catering to all ages, skill levels, fitness etc. Great teachers and supportive atmosphere. Learn some new skills, get fit and make some friends.
