Mo at Madstone has recently carried out some detailed and in-depth work for me with marble. His craftsmanship and professionalism was second to none, not to mention what a lovely bloke he is and I couldn't be happier with the end results. Well worth getting an experienced professional to carry out your works.

Looking at previous reviews I was shocked to see someone called Danny Collins leaving a review about Madstones driving, this has nothing to do with the level of work and quality of the workmanship. This review should be disregarded by anyone wishing to use Madstone and should not be allowed on a review site in the first place.

Moe Darr is a dangerous inconsiderate driver that tried to cut me off the road then told me to pull over while also gesturing to cut my throat. Absolute scum. Yes I have video evidence as well. When you complain it turns out he’s the owner and gets his wife to respond through his email that it’s being investigated. Can’t give 0 stars

Moe and his partner did an incredible job for us - restoring some old marble slabs, cutting them into size and making new kitchen worktops for us. We talked with several other people before Moe, all of which said the job would be too difficult. But Moe had the skill and experience to deliver a perfect result, he went above and beyond on the detail, and now we have the dream kitchen. And he’s a great bloke as well with a genuine passion for his work. Was great working with him - would highly recommend.

Moe is the absolute best at his job - his passion is contagious! He totally got my crazy vision for a unique marble worktop in our kitchen (and some bedside tables too!) using old salvaged stones. He helped source some really unique offcuts for another section of the room too. Could not recommend him more. I think I spoke to every stone mason in London before I got to Moe and none showed the passion or drive that he did. Defo recommend!
