I was quoted £135 to remove scratches from my late mothers headstone ( the stone is less than 6 months old ) when I questioned this, I was told the inspector didn't realise the stone was so new, he obviously didn't inspect it then did he ?? I was also quoted a ridiculous amount of £265 + £195 plus vat to remove & reinstate the stone,another local long standing firm quoted £250 inclusive of vat for the above

Lovely showroom, Ann was really helpful and guided me through the whole process

Received very good service from the manager and other staff.
In order to get what I wanted on the gravestone it took time with discussions and alterations and exchange of emails and photos.
It is best to be prepared for the whole process to take several months to get it right.
Overall I was very pleased with WS. Moore's service and attention to detail. Thank you
