Proud Thai Spa

I am a regular customer and am consistently impressed with quality and service here. Every therapist is really brilliant. Just had an incredible massage by Al - she was absolutely magic and sorted my tired and sore muscles out instantly. Thank you so much.

Worst massage I’ve ever had. She did the entire thing with her elbows with limp hands that were tickling me. I asked her politely to stop but she kept going. She missed parts of my body that I needed doing. The room was freezing and they were late.

When I complained to the receptionist she smiled and pretended she didn’t understand me and then asked if I was aware that massages could be done with elbows. I said in part but not the entire thing.

I’ve been before with no drama but this was ridiculous. No care, no apology, just awful!

This place is close to Balham underground station and was perfect
ly located. I had the salt scrub, which left my body feeling smooth and exfoliated. I then had a relaxing massage and I felt wonderful afterwards. I've already recommended to family and will be visiting again.

Staff were pleasant and friendly.

Amazing service at Proud Thai Spa!

Booked my mum a luxury pedicure for her birthday, just wanted to say a big thank you to the staff at Proud Thai Spa, especially Shakila who did the pedicure. She was so lovely and friendly.
Will definitely be coming back again x

A big thank you to Tina who gave me an amazing Thai massage yesterday. It was one of the best massages I have ever had.

Not impressed! Booked a massage for myself and husband (for his birthday) for 2pm today, on the call I said if you have anything earlier that would be great but 2pm is fine and confirmed. Just got there, the lady was unapologetic, we don’t have any therapists now! Poor service given we had walked in the pouring rain for 30 mins.

Thank you Proud Thai Spa. I had the most wonderful experience a few weeks ago with my friend. I had a pregnancy massage with an incredibly skilled Thai therapist Yaya(Nom).
Followed by a gel pedicure with Shakila who paid attention to detail throughout the treatment. These two therapists were exceptional and also made me feel welcome for my first experience. The receptionist was accomodating and super friendly (she's also great at helping choose gel colours). Thank you ladies, I couldn't help but humbly tip. Being in this industry as a spa therapist myself I understand the skills, hard work and depth of knowledge put into this day to day job. Lots of love, and I will be back! ❤

Good standard of back and shoulder massage from my therapist. I would say this spa is slightly above the average high street offering and would recommend.
