I met Sylvia a year ago while I was experiencing sever back pain due to my intense job and on the top of that I suffer of scoliosis. Since then I have regular sessions and my back pain has gone also my posture improved significantly.
Now I got back to my normal activities and enjoy every movment.

I’ve been here several times for a deep tissue massage due to tight muscles. The ambience is very relaxing and the masseuse is very welcoming. What I like about her is that she is qualified as a physio so she is able to highlight things and recommend exercises that a regular masseuse isn’t able to do. My masseuse for life! Highly recommended!

I have had two deep tissue massages with Sylwia and both were absolutely amazing! Sylwia is very professional, takes the time to understand your areas of concern and tailors the massage to help relieve tension to those areas. With her brilliant knowledge of the anatomy of the body and health in general, she is easily able to offer great health advise coupled with brilliant advise on holistic remedies. Whilst I thought I had only a handful of areas which had tension, she quickly brought my attention to other areas such as my traps, which felt much better after the session. Being quite a heavy man, I came out feeling way lighter and found moving much easier. The room itself is a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, with a lovely scent and good background music. All in all, this is a 5 star experience by a professional person who has clearly taken the time to master their craft and has developed a real passion for it.
