Harmony Massage & Acupuncture

The staff have always been very accommodating with us especially when we book last minute on occasion. I have had Deep tissue massage, Cupping and acupuncture at harmony and have been happy with each treatment. Unfortunately I do not know the name of the last masseuse I had because I would like to personally thank her for what a wonderful massage it was and it seemed to have completely cured my lower back problems that I had been suffering with for almost 3 months.

I went for an aromatherapy massage, and I was attended by an old lady (in her 60s) who was cleaning the place when I arrived (probably not a masseuse but the cleaner of the shop)! ASK always the professional that will take care of you BEFORE the massage and BEFORE paying (they want it in advance, cash, no receipt!). The massage was not good, the place is unfortunate, in a humid basement (only the reception is on ground floor), which could not be dirtier. Last, the towels they used with me were still wet, hopefully after washing them and not reused. They make you use your underwear instead of disposable, and I went out of the place full of oil on my clothes.

I've just had an amazing 1 hour of Deep Tissue Massage with HAN (Sorry if I'm spelling it wrongly). Great skills, great strenght and good communication. She found every knot I had on my body. Service is great as usual. I used to go with my friend and I always had a wonderful experience. Room are always clean and tidy. Relaxing music and great ambience. Thanks again for the service you provide. Real authentic.

The worst massage experience ever. I've probably had over 1000 massages. My regular place to visit in Earl's Court was closed because it was late. I decided to give this place a go. From the beginning I should have suspected it was going to be terrible because the place stunk so bad I almost immediately left, I wish I did because what followed was even worse. The rooms are in a basement where there is an open sewer (explains the smell). I put on a brave face and attitude as I was in so much pain. I really did need a massage but it could barely be called a massage, more of a gentle massage. First of all the reception didn't ask what type of massage, then when the massuse entered and didn't bother to ask either. I could have piped up but I had a long day and decided to go with the flow. I had booked an hour and I left after 48 minutes because the smell was about to make me gag and the massage if it can be called that was the worst of its kind. I hate leaving bad reviews but it's the only way businesses learn. I was a full paying customer, not groupon which they appear to do too.

Had a wonderful experience at harmony! Booking was easy and fitted to my schedule. Also discounts available online and extra packages available on arrival. The massage itself was perfect pressure and got all the right spots!! The acupuncture was gentle and effective. Overall the staff were so polite and helpful this is definitely the place to go for some TLC!!

Jenny is very professional and very talented . The massage therapists are well-prepared and according to my experience their treatments are very effective. They offer a wide range of services, my favorite is the acupuncture. I am having so many benifits since I started the therapy with them! Really reccomended!

I’ve been coming here every week for the last five years. I’m not an easy person to please when it comes to massage. This place is by far the best I’ve found over a 20 year search around London. They also have a doctor of Chinese medicine and acupuncture.

Pinky was amazing and had fantastic pressure. However, the others are not knowledgeable at alland I was very lucky that Pinky replaced my original therapist who didn't even know how to massage. My sister was with me too and she had a trainee therapist who had no technique or pressure
