I purchased a Wowcher voucher for this place a few months ago which was for 3 massages.
I can honestly say its the best Wowcher I've ever purchased.
It was really easy to book, they're very accommodating and friendly and the great customer service continues throughout your visit.
When you first get to the spa, it doesn't look like much, I was expecting a very mediocre treatment.
But then they take you through to the back where all the treatment rooms are and its like being in a different spa altogether. It's a beautiful corridor leading into clean professional, really nice rooms. The music is great, it smells lovely and the lighting is perfect.
I had Margaret as my therapist and after the first appointment I was so glad that I'd opted for the 3 massages.
She is so lovely and is such a great therapist. She is very attentive to what you need as the client and makes sure she includes all the essentials and more for what's needed for a great massage.
After my initial 3 appointments I decided to start going there once a month as it was so good.
They do some really great offers so I can book up in advance for great prices.
I've since bought a massage with Margaret as a treat for my sister and she had the same great experience and has also decided that she'd like to go once a month.
I'm so pleased that I decided to go there and would recommend it to anyone.
The whole staff make me feel so relaxed and welcome every time I go.
This place really is a hidden gem.

I booked 2 facials, 1 pedicure and 1manicure for me and my cousin as a birthday gift for her. I go to facials almost once every month and i have never experienced such a bad service. The facial was more or less an oily massage and was NOT a facial. The pedicure took 2 hours when it was supposed to take one. The lady was very very slow and only polished my nails after i prompted her. She did not ask if i wanted them polished and the same thing happened to my cousin. Ive never had such a bad service in a salon. I paid full price for everything and it was NOT worth the money. I would definitely not recommend.

I've had many massages in so many popular places and only 1 can compare to the therapist's I see at this spa. The first time I went was to dislodge a trapped nerve (I didn't have enough time to see my chiropractor as I was flying out the next day). Maria was so good, that I joined after my first visit. I go twice a month, I always receive a warm reception and the therapists' are not only amazing at what they do, they make me feel so pampered. I have received many different treatments at Beauty & Detox and I would recommend them all.

I visited the salon last weekend all the way from Nottingham and spent about 3 hours there on a few treatments. I would just like to say it was the best 3 hours spent! The therapist I had my treatments with was absolutely amazing and the rest of the team that looked after me during my visit were amazing and so caring too. I will definitely make another trip there soon! Thank you to you all! 😊

I recently had the pleasure of trying out their Signature Escape Package (thank you for the birthday present sis!) and it was absolutely heavenly. The therapist was skilled and attentive, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated - I'm pretty sure I fell asleep half way haha.

Amazing management, he goes above and beyond to keep and look after loyal clients. Elena is the best massuse I have ever experienced. Highly reccomend lymphatic drainage massages with her. Lovely lovely staff, high quality products and high end service. Would highly recommend
