Jantala traditional thai massage

I had bamboo massage a few days ago for the first time at Jantala. I felt that my muscles and tissues were worked really deeply and a lot of stagnant energy was moved. Bamboo massage is not for the faint of heart though and can feel intense in places. I was holding a lot of tension in my legs, shoulders/neck and felt like a different person when I left, so much lighter and relaxed. The staff here are really knowledgeable and skilled. I'll be going back for sports massage regularly to help release the knots and support my wellbeing.

My first visit here today for an hour massage. It was the best Thai massage I had and I've had a few. The hammer technique and bamboo was used as well as oil and it really got into my tight muscles. I feel so relaxed and I'm not clicking or crunching for the first time in a while. I highly recommend the hammer technique and I will be booking an appointment again. Thank you.

Absolutely amazing! I haven’t had a sports massage before and although it was painful in places due to tightness it was really fantastic. I run a lot and so my legs get really stiff and achy, the sports massage was perfect for reducing tight achy muscles. Staff were lovely, very professional. Definitely recommend and will definitely be making another appointment.

I was really aching, especially in my legs after running the Cardiff Half Marathon yesterday, and the massage I had this morning got rid of those pains and made me feel fitter and stronger all round.
I’ve been to other places in Cardiff but this is the best massage around. I’ve been here several times now and I will be booking again soon for regular massages.

You can tell the therapists really care about solving your problems rather than routine massage. She got every single knot I had in my shoulders and I feel amazing. Can't wait to go back!!

Absolutely amazing. Hammer technique was used which was an unusual but amazing feeling on my muscles. Only way to explain how I feel at the moment is so much lighter and relaxed. I have booked for 2 hours next week. Would definitely recommend 😁
