I have been seeing Kate on a monthly basis for over a year now for treatments including massage, reiki and reflexology. She is spiritual, intuitive and incredibly talented at what she does. Often providing a bespoke mixture of treatments to suit my needs. I credit Kate with being a huge support during a challenging part of my life. The treatment room is a safe, calm and peaceful space where I can just 'be' for the duration. I recently attended a half day yoga workshop too which was lovely with no pressure even for a complete inflexible novice as me! Thoroughly recommend.

Simply the best yoga teacher around. Classes are sheer joy, perfectly structured and made special by Kate's knowledge of mind, body and spirit.
