Filipa is an excellent therapist. She has the strength and skill required to tackle the toughest and trickiest injuries but also has the sensitivity to know how hard to work them. Superb whole body sports massage. Unquestionably good value for money.

I have regular sports massages from Filipa and highly recommend her massages- best I've ever had! Filipa can cater for your specific needs, whether it be muscle tightness, stress etc. She is also very warm and friendly!

I used to work in IT and craning my neck looking at a computer screen all day has left me with problems with my neck and shoulders. For me Filipa has just been AMAZING. My posture is better and regular sessions ensure that the aches and pains are kept at bay. She also gave me exercises to do in-between visits that have helped a lot. I cannot recommend Filipa highly enough. She is extremely professional and a lovely person.

I had a quite bad chronic pain on my right shoulder for more than one year, I did start physiotherapy sessions and did ultra sounds and Tecar to get rid of it, but without success.
Thanks to Filipa after one month of physiotherapy I started to feel better and after 2 months I completely got rid of the pain.
