Emma has been very flexible, skilled and accommodating throughout our appointments. She is great at tailoring the massage to my current aches and applying the level of pressure I need. I feel very happy with our sessions and would 100% recommend her.

Emma is brilliant - to my mind the best massage you can find in St Albans. I have suffered from extreme headaches on and off for years and suspected it relates to tension in back and neck muscles, but could never get it addressed properly as previous massages were far too gentle or followed a fixed programme that would not really address the key areas even when I pointed them out. Emma listened and adapted her deep tissue massage to focus on the areas in real needed attention. I felt much better after the first session and almost restored after three. Thanks so much Emma!

Pregnancy massage

It was such a soothing and relaxing massage. I was made to feel so welcome and comfortable. A real skilled professional. I didn't even have to ask for any adjustment, she got it all right the first time. I highly recommend Emma for pregnancy massages. I will be back for sure. Thank you Emma.

First massage today with Emma and it’s one of the best I’ve had.

I tried Emma’s unique hot stone and deep tissue combination massage, which was excellent. She is professional, friendly and knows how to target and soothe aching muscles. I was in quite bad shape when I visited but left much more relaxed than when I arrived.
