Highly recommend - I've been struggling with neck and shoulders pain for while and I can already feel the difference alhamdullilah. It's a really lovely place with a warm welcome, really relaxing and great focus on the areas that needed most attention. The price is really great value as well. Will be back on a regular basis. Fozzy was the most welcoming masseuse I’ve ever had! I didn’t need to worry about anything from the moment I arrived the whole atmosphere really calmed me down. She was really great at communicating all of her techniques and was able to really work through the tension in my body. I felt so comfortable with her and the whole process left me feeling rejuvenated from head to toe. I’m so happy I was able to experience the treatment and will defo be back. Thank you hun!

Where do I even begin! Sparadise took me to a whole new world, the massage was amazing! I feel rejuvenated and revived, this was truly the best massage I have ever had in my life! The MiHigh sauna blanket after the massage was an amazing combo, I didn’t wanna leave! I HIGHLY recommend booking with Sparadise, you will not be disappointed! I’ll be booking every week!

I was experiencing a really stiff neck and painful knots in my shoulder due to bad posture from working from home. I messaged Sparadise and was able to get a next day appt for an upper body deep tissue massage. Fozzy was extremely professional and friendly. The treatment room was clean and had a great ambience. Fozzy went through everything as she went along letting me know what products she would be using just incase of allergies. I decided to get a neck adjustment for the 1st time and despite my fears it didn't hurt one bit and felt soooooo good. I walked out of there much more relaxed and with more neck range then I have had pre covid! Would definitely recommend
