I have had multiple pregnancy massages with Jade as I feel a lot of tension in my back and shoulders. She is not only an amazing masseuse but also really caters to my individual needs and requests. I can highly recommend Jade and Thai Healing!

This is a superlative massage parlour. Very friendly and competent. Rickie gave me the best massage I ever had. I went in with a three day headache and came out feeling refreshed and energised. I would highly recommend.

First time I've ever had a massage .... I have had Tendonitis in both shoulders tried all sorts of medication that haven't worked,I haven't had a decent night's sleep in months because of pain so my partner suggested going to Thai Healing as it's local to us and has amazing reviews....what an experience!! Thai Healing are professional, knowledgable and pretty fabulous to be honest. I suffer shoulder issues and always come away feeling that they have tailored the treatment to my concerns. I have been coming here on and off for 5 years. I moved out of Mottingham 2 years ago to sidcup and still come back even though there are massage places in Sidcup!

The therapist always has the best knowledge, she will find all the problem areas in my back and concentrate on those. I have had two pregnancies in the past 3/4 years with large boys and have had different problem areas after from the strain of carrying the baby and also in my shoulders after. I also work out quite a bit so generally I have a lot of knots which the therapist always concentrates on and removes them.

i also came in for a pregnancy massage before i gave birth with my second baby which was lovely (albeit not as tough as my usual massages but very very relaxing). I was a bit worried bc i was right at the end of the pregnancy and you can’t lay on your back and my hips were in pain, but i laid on my side and was allowed to move if needed and the therapist was really gentle. thanks guys :)

My favorite place to go for a massage! The staff are lovely and the massages are amazing, always leave feeling so much better.

Nice service good massage however dipite tipping the lady £20 because she said she was under paid ??? She didn't say . Thank you ??? So I question her integrity. Sometime
