I've had several massages with Nico, and each one has been transformative. Nico has tremendous technical skill and will alleviate tension, injury and pain, but also a deep intuitive gift. His capacity to sense into underlying issues and meet them with a lot of presence makes for a remarkable healing experience. Highly recommend.

Having visited Nico a couple of times now i would highly recommend his services. Nico is a brilliant practitioner with a wealth of knowledge. I initially went to settle a back imbalance I was experiencing and the relief after was remarkable. Great communication and the therapy rooms are located in a beautiful area of primrose hill. Great guy, no awkwardness and very professional.

I've been visiting Nico and and off for a few years now and find him to be consistently excellent. He obviously understands anatomy and how muscles function perfectly as he always applies exactly the right pressure and technique. I often suffer from muscle tension in back/legs/neck and always feel much better afterwards. Highly recommend - such a good therapist is hard to find!

Nico, is the best deep tissue therapist you will find in London. After trying several I have become a regular to his massage clinic. He understands the body and muscles and able to go deep to unlock the stresses within the body. Very friendly and very professional. Thank you Nico.

Nico's treatments are far more than just massage therapy. His deeply intuitive approach to bodywork is both therapeutic and effective. I had initially booked an appointment a year ago as my previous sports massage therapist had relocated. Safe to say I shan't be looking for anyone else! Highly recommend.

I've been going to Nico for over a year and have seen huge improvements- prior to this I was having daily headaches which now only very occasionally flair up. I always leave feeling very relaxed, about a foot taller & free of any aches & pains. I honestly cannot recommend him highly enough, he's brilliant at what he does & the treatment has made a big difference to my day-to-day life!

I had my first deep tissue massage with Nico today. Nico is a warm, calming and sensitive body therapist, he struck the rare balance between deep tissue and relaxing experience. I felt completely comfortable and felt he was a particularly patient bodyworker so I truly left with far less junk and tension in my muscles. Highly recommend, will definitely be returning! (the space its self is also lovely, warm and quite).
