Body Matters

I've been using body matters for a few years now for Remedial sports massage and can't praise Russ enough.
With his different techniques he manages to keep my neck and shoulders moving fluidly, which get incredibly uncomfortable due to my work sometimes.
He also correctly diagnosed a problem causing lower back pain and glutes , which was after me having to go elsewhere because he was so booked up.
I found no improvement from the previous treatment or the stretches given to do but after Russ did his series of tests and treatment I found relief . The best bit was being given completely different stretches to maintain a comfortable back and I still do them occasionally when I feel it , usually after gardening!
He is just so thorough in the diagnosis that you get relief even in one treatment.

Not been here since it changed owners some years ago. Wanted to post a review saying how nice this place is. Need to get back for a sport massage sooner rather than later really.
