I’ve now had 3 lymphatic drainage massages with Monika and I can’t recommend it more!
I believe it has helped boost my immunity after being unwell for some time and it has noticeably reduced water retention in my stomach post op 6 months ago.

Not only have these massages had noticeable health benefits they are also very relaxing and calming. Monika is very knowledgeable and I feel safe in her hands. I think everyone would gain benefits from lymphatic drainage!

Monika is amazing, she’s the first massage I’ve been to who did an assessment on my posture and an in depth consultation first. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in anatomy and massage techniques. I’ve had three sessions so far and every visit Monika is friendly and professional. I went to Monika for lymphatic drainage massage after surgery. Monika took time to explain the massage technique and made me feel very comfortable. It was a very gentle massage but the results were very effective. I would highly recommend her service and I believe the massages have helped with my recovery.

I've had two trigger point therapy treatments so far for headaches and neck pain. Monika is very knowledgeable about anatomy and explained what might be happening to cause my problems. She also noticed my poor posture and combined the trigger point therapy with massage to open up my chest. I could feel the difference even after one treatment. Headaches have definitely reduced and I plan to have a couple more treatments.
