The Wellness Garden

Lauren is simply amazing at what she does! I've visited the wellness garden on a number of occasions for various treatments and I absolutely love the sports massage in particularly.. I come in super stressed and leave with my shoulders 5 inches lowered! I would highly recommend this oasis of tranquility.

The whole experience was excellent, right from the reception, through to the treatment and the advice after.
