I've had regular sports massages now for several months & I've seen my flexibility improve greatly in that time & muscle soreness has eased greatly after training sessions. Sara is very knowledgable & professional & uses a number of different techniques to help get the most out of each massage. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Sara highly enough. Whilst training for a half marathon, I started suffering with knee pain. A friend recommended that I get in contact with Sara- which I did, and we began a course of treatments including laser therapy, massage, acupuncture and strengthening exercises and advice- & I am pleased to say that yesterday I completed the Swansea half marathon with no pain in a time of 2 hr 34, all thanks to Sara! She is friendly, skilled and very knowledgeable.
