Such nice staff. Really helpful. Got a cuppa whilst we waited to pay. Reasonable rates and great range. Do the Sleep Test thing. Its fun!

Just passing by and wanted to check the beds and mattresses. We found very nice and friendly staff that were happy to help us with our questions, it felt very welcoming.

Staff are friendly and you can sometime get good mattress with discount price.

My wife and I went to Dreams West Ealing. We met a young staff. His name was Mohit. He was very courteous and showed us few mattresses we were interested in. He knew his job and had good knowledge of the products. He even offered us a coffee a drink of water. I have come across a customer had being handle by a staff with such respect after very long time. We were very pleased with the way he handled as customers. We purchased few things including Temur mattress. We need staff like this young man to generate the economy of the country. Please convey my regards to the young men. Next time when I go to the shop I would like him to attend me. Even if he is busy with other customer, I will wait till he finishes with the customer he attending to.

The assistant didn't listen to what I was looking for and my budget and tried asking me something to pricey.

I had a great personalised service, they helped when needed and gave space when needed, not pushy at all and very charming, although Ana helped me out everyone was really nice. They have a lot of options there for different budgets. I have arranged the delivery for the end of the month, so I am still half way through the purchasing experience, but unless anything goes wrong, this review will remain a 5 star and I will defo go back.

Ramona was very helpful. She helped me decide and narrow down my choices to what fit my budget. Very pleasant experience. The store kept all of the COVID19 regulations in place, which made me feel very safe to shop.

The mattresses here talk to you. No kidding! There's a machine with a welsh accent that will recommend the most supportive mattress. I wanted the machine, but sadly not for sale. I took my girlfriend here on a date, its a great place to discover any commitment issues.

The hostess was exactly the right amount of lovely and friendly, without any awkward 'third wheel' feelings at all.

We even got to take part in the cleaning as we went, with antibacterial spray to keep away that virus thing.
