Dreams Aylesbury

We went today looking for a pillow. Welcomed by such a lovely team of knowledgeable and professional people. John was particularly excellent, listened to us and recommended two pillows based on our sleeping habits. One of which I’m starting to drift off on as I’m typing this! Comfort I’ve never known. So grateful for the lovely experience today in the Aylesbury store.

Today I thought we would pop into dreams to see about getting a new mattress the guys in this shop were very professional and greeted us with a very warm welcome especially jake his was very polite and friendly and helpful so much so we brought a new bed base and mattress as I stuffer with back problems and jake found the right mattress for us we are so excited can't wait to have it delivered thank you jake your a top man keep doing what you do even though your new in this shop you done great👍 and who is also a westham supporter which really pleased the old man ⚒️

Been in there hour ago, so polite helpful cannot fault todays purchase at all brilliant.

Good choice of beds with varied prices to suit your pocket and good delivery

Young male sales person was initially not the greatest of assistance for my elderly disabled parents who needed to have that they would not need to bag up their old beds and divan frames. After a short time he "got with the programme" as my dad commented and was far more helpful, ending the sale with sending my dad and myself a screenshot of the delivery record showing that condition of sale was indeed that my parents would not be required to bag up their old beds. It's a shame that he wasn't helpful from the start but in the end my parents shelled out nearly £2k on two beds. A lesson to learn perhaps?

Good experience, knowledgeable staff. We weren't ready to buy but will do. not pushy at all even to the point they let us walk out without taking our contact details, which I wouldn't actually have minded in this case. Did the sleepmatch and were shown some of the mattresses recommended for us but not all and also some others not on the list, which was a little confusing.

From entering the store to delivery of our new mattress all the people who work for dreams were a pleasure to deal with. Lovely man in store helped find the right one, after using mattress selector full and clear explanation of delivery and removal of old one. Clear emails from company on time for delivery. Calls from delivery team the day before and day of delivery to confirm times they were coming, both guys who turned up were charming and took all precautions (masks etc). Would recommend and happily go back next time we be need something they sell.

And very pleasant person .arranged delivery ..two chaps came very nice very helpful ..unfortunately the bed I chose did not suit me so I had to return it
A call to customer service is all it took they were very nice told me to back to store to see the manager i was treated with the utmost respect went back on the machine that helps you choose found the right one not rushing me at all
New bed delivered first one taken back with absolutely not fuss or bother cost me £40 pounds for extra delivery
