Booked marina k mattress which was on clearance for £457.the price of the new one was £1499 ..but they gave me a bill of marina k mattress but delivered me balaeric matrress which is £600 cheaper than the one i booked..also defected piece is delivered smaller 3 inches from all sides cant even proper fit on dream's bed ....
Fraud company denied to refund my amount by saying they have to deduct some amount of delivery charges....
Why do i have to pay if its all their company and employee's fault....

What a gem of a store, how did I not know about this all these years? My favourite part... A whole floor dedicated to Clearance, if you need something for cheap. I needed a small double mattress for the kids room, Agnes and Aslam were there to help me pick the best one for me, got it for half the price too. They packed the mattress and helped me fit it in my estate car. Thank you for a wonderful experience today, I will be seeing you soon for my next purchase! Goodnight, I am off to sleep now on the new mattress 💤

Went in for a mattress two days. The man that helped me the first day was very nice. The second day I went in the woman her name was Agnus was rude and argumentative over my student discount applying on the mattress. I did not appreciate her behaviour and attitude towards me and my family. My parents struggle with English and she was acting as if they were stupid. Angus was apparently the manager as well so definitely needed to complain about her.

Went looking for a new bed before even got in to the shop, one the sales people jumped straight on me had to tell him 3 times that I'm just looking, if I need anything I will ask. I had a good look around. I weren't to impressed with the beds they had to offer. 90% hollow under them, no draws storage, didn't look that great for the money they wanted for them.

Highly not recommend place !!! Sale refurbished item like new for price of new , when you back to them because is issue with it them don't care . Branch send to costumer service ,costumer service send to branch. Completely joke place and costumer service . Highly Not Recommend To Buy Anything There.
