Milcars Mazda

My first visit to Milcars previously attempted to visit on a Sunday and realized they were closed.

After that visited this weekend and wonderful experience and great team.

My thanks to Glen who is a great and knowledgeable Sales Lead. He shown us around the different cars and asked details about our needs and suggested a right model. Glen is an asset to this showroom.

Service crew Lily is another wonderful staff we met very patient and helpful in getting us the service quote.

I'm sure we will visit again for our service and highly recommend Milcars if you after some reliable cars...

I would like to thank Milcars, especially Glenn Carr, who advised us from arrival at the showroom, until taking delivery of our lovely Mazda CX3. He was very knowledgeable, answering all our questions, which made the purchase really easy. His talk through, when collecting was outstanding. We are very pleased with our Mazda, thanks.

I'm very happy with the service I received from Milcars. The staff are so helpful and friendly and always notify me when something needs to be discussed about the MOT or Service. My car was returned well before I'd expected it and it was in a beautifully clean condition. Thank you!

Approved section- the customer care most likely need some improvement. After the appointment was arranged, The vehicle wasn’t prepared, many scratches, stripped off the floor mats… we were told that once we pay for the car, the valeting will be made. The floor mats might be arranged…. .
Upon dealing with the salesman Neil, we have been told that he will call us the next day- that didn’t happen.
I’ve called them finding that Neil is busy at the moment. I’ve asked for a call back- never happened. Very disappointed.
The experience in all, looked like-

Overall a benefit for us as we’ve bought so much better Mazda car with so much better experience.

I bought a used Mazda3 for Milcars a little over a month ago. They are a great dealership and I am very happy with my new car! Nabil was very helpful and professional and made the process as smooth as possible. 10/10 would recommend.

Mechanics here don't know what they are doing. Our car was recalled for an issue to do with the lights, and since then the car hasn't been the same. We've taken it back to them a few times due to the car not accelerating. The first time we were told that we need a new battery which they replaced. It was obvious that this wasn't the what was causing the engine problem. As I drove home the car didn't feel any different and the check engine light immediately came back on. In fact a few days later the car completely cut out in the middle of the road. We managed to get it towed back to my house and the next day it started up again but still with same engine issue. We took it back to this garage and they recommended an expensive carbon cleaning.

We've got the car carbon cleaning elsewhere now but that has not solved the issue.

The car is with another garage at the moment who are looking into, but believe it has nothing to do with the battery or build up of carbon and we've just wasted a substantial amount of time and money so far.

Note the car is only 5 years old with 50k miles so wouldn't expect this many issues. I would never buy a mazda again, and especially do not recommend this garage as they really do not know what they are doing. Each visit to them seems to cause more problems.

Not one to leave reviews but would like to say thanks to Neil F at Milcars Mazda Watford who helped me with my purchase of a used 2019 CX5. No hard selling - knowledgeable, helpful and made the experience what it should be, a good one. Needed a faster turnaround due to an emergency and they were able to accommodate, so thanks to the rest of the team for that also. Next time I get a car, I’d want to see Neil F again. 👍

My wife has just bought a car from this dealership and was very well looked after. We were given a very fair trade in on our old car and the new car was delivered to our door after Ben (our salesman) insisted on making sure it was valeted before we took ownership. I would definitely recommend Milcars Mazda in Watford.
