I have been really impressed with this Dealership. My car has a recall, I am having problems getting it to them and they have gone out of their way to help me. Having owned many different cars, bought from many different dealers over the years I would definitely recommend this as one of the best. Lovely to have a positive experience in a world of stress and frustration.

Visited the showroom, was greeted nicely by Kevin, who helped me through the sale. Not pushy, very informative. Alan the manager took me through the paperwork with zero drama. Very impressed with the level of service and professionalism I received. It made buying my car a totally pleasurable experience. Even the nice lady on reception remembered my name. Staff were initially slow to react when we first entered premises but when we finally got the attention of someone and told them reason for being there it changed dramatically, had been dealing with Luke for months but due to shortage of new cars and late delivery by manufacturers Luke was great all the way throughout our experience keeping us updated regularly. Everything was ready on day of collection and they added some nice touches to make it more of a pleasant experience, will recommend to friends and family. Luke took all the hassle out of buying a new car from initial concept to final delivery - well done, great experience

Parks Mazda are my go to place for a new car. Great cars as well as excellent, friendly service. Just bought a new CX60 from them.

I have a Motability car, which is a Mitsubishi, and the grab handle had come loose. They saw me and fixed it without an appointment, for which I am extremely grateful, as I need the grab handle to get in and out of the car.

Great experience with Park's and Luke, everything went smoothly from the applying until the keys' handover. No unnecessary calls/contacts, no pushing, every step was to the point and I've got my car 3 months earlier than what I've expected.

Brilliant service. Really enjoyed a quick seamless service. Viewed online, arrived, quick look around, quick few signatures, quick card payment and away we went. Would definitely buy from again.
