Highly recommend the fresh prep kitchen. Food tastes amazing and great value for money! I love how it’s delivered fresh to my doorstep, so easy! The website is really easy to use and tells you everything you need to know about each dish!

I’ve been going through a busy patch at work recently and nothing has helped me like The Fresh Prep Kitchen! Just knowing i don’t have to think about what I’m going to cook this week gave me a break. I’m able to change and switch up my meals every week. The meals are fresh and varied - meat, chicken, fish and nice vegetarian options too. The cajun chicken pasta is my favourite. Delivery is always fast and pleasant, even when I’m not home. Thanks guys for making my life easier.

The fresh prep kitchen and Luke has been fantastic for myself and partner. The Food tastes great, plenty of options available even for a vegetarian and vegan and saves us having to think about meal times after a busy day at work. Luke is more than happy to cater to our needs and always gets the delivery's sent to us on time. Would recommend to anyone looking for healthy meals made simple.

I have been ordering from the fresh prep kitchen for 6 weeks and the food is amazing. I’ve tried a variety of the meals on the menu and loved all of them. The raw mixed salad and chinese chicken are must tries and always on my weekly meal plan. There’s a really good choice of meals, value for money, healthy meals ready to grab and go or reheat in minutes. First class service from ordering to delivery. Highly recommend 🤩

Luke and his team have been so accommodating. The food is fantastic, every time. It's a great idea delivering twice a week, so the food never goes off and doesn't take up a whole lot of fridge space.

Beats the boring bulk meal prep I had before. Feels like I've got a chef cooking me healthy meals each day!

The food tastes great. Always got delivered on time twice a week. Luke is very responsive to sort things out. I would highly recommend! My favourite meal would be Thai green curry and tuna pasta bake.

Feels like you get a personal service, Luke is always on top of any problems and goes above and beyond to fix them. It’s easy to stop and start your subscription. And all healthy too, great way to portion control and lose weight! They have helped me lose 4kg in 10 days ( with exercise too)
