Very much 'lucked' out finding this garage a year ago when they repaired and welded my exhaust at a fraction of the cost of a new system. Have now used them ever since for both my cars as I always know I can get trusted advice from the team. A real gem of a garage plus Kelly takes Customer Services to the next level and is always welcoming. Cannot recommend them enough.

I had a custom turbo back system made and fitted and they couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, helping with adjustments I wanted and nothing was a problem, great customer service. Thankyou.

Being a single female makes finding a decent garage problematic at best. However after speaking to Antony at euro car parts, I was recommended R W Autos. I literally have never been to a garage who are so kind, professional, conscientious and generous. I would highly recommend this garage. They are by far the best and most trustworthy garage in Exeter. It is rare to find such a place, I’m so glad they were recommended to me by a good friend.
They treat you as they would expect to be treated themselves, again that’s rare but so refreshing

I took my car in for a new exhaust system as mine was in a state. After speaking with them they explained the process and gave me all the information I needed to know beforehand. They also rang up on the day as I asked to amend the job slightly and it was no drama at all. They got the exhaust sounding exactly how I'd hoped and I am looking forward to booking my car in here again for a remap! Brilliant customer service aswell. Really did everything they could to help!

I couldn’t fault the professionalism of the team at R W Autos. I was made very welcome as soon as I entered the reception and was given great help and advice while enquiring about having a custom stainless exhaust for my chopper. After having a conversation with one of the welders, I happily left to think about my options on the exhaust. I returned a couple of weeks later and booked in to have the work done, my bike was dropped off at the garage and within a couple of days my lovely new exhaust pipes were completed.

Would not recommend at all! Booked my car in for 9am so took it in then. They told me it would take an hour so I came back just after 10am. They hadn’t even looked at my car or moved it. The manager came out and started shouting, being very rude. Clarified that he was the manager. Disgusting service. The manager threw the key at me and told me to take it somewhere else all because I asked why they booked me in for 9am when they knew they couldn’t do it as I also had to take my mum to work shortly after that. You pay hourly so don’t let them walk all over you by having your car for multiple hours when they haven’t touched it. I will not be going back there as it was appalling service. I did not pay them for work they didn’t do. Especially if you are a young female like me they will take advantage!
