Paul looked after my Dad's car with great care and obviously spend a long time making sure everything was in great condition for the MOT. His communication was good and I was kept informed all the way through the process about what work needed to be done. It is now so much easier to drive and I certainly feel safe in it. Paul went over and above the usual customer service and collected the car which really helped me out. I felt we were in safe, reliable and trustworthy hands and would recommend PMW. We will be using Paul for future work on the family cars.

Since the first day I took my car into PMW I had nothing but amazing service from the their team.
I was updated instantly with any new information about the repairs on my car.
Paul put hours of his time into making sure my Warrenty company had all the information they needed, sending emails Bach and fourth, so I could get as many of the repairs covered as possible.
The next step was an inspector to come out from Warrenty wise to check that the repairs are valid, PMW took the time out their day to go through all the repairs with the inspector to ensure all repairs would be accepted.
PMW put all the time they could into getting my car back on the road ASAP, which I can’t thank them enough for, very satisfied with the service!

The service at this place is not to be underestimated. It was beyond good .My E93 BMW needed a lot of work with some complex problem solving required . Paul and his team quickly solved the issues and completed a large amount of work to immaculate standards . Throughout the whole process I was informed before any works were needed and had regular updates and pictures sent to me . Before works started the car had to be recovered to the Garage , this was sorted immediately by Paul at a very good rate. Not only is this the best service I’ve had at a Garage , the rates are very good and the work 100% spot on . Thanks to Paul and the team for looking after me .

I had a big coolant leak on my car which was tucked away under everything.
Paul and his team took delivery of my car from a recovery truck and carried out an inspection.
They kept me up to date on what they had found and was was planned for the work.
After the job was completed Paul sent me photos of the work undertaken which gives the customer additional peace of mind.
It was a pleasure to have dealt with PMW and customer service is through the roof.
I will certainly be returning for any other work needed.

Paul did me a huge favour today helping me out with an issue on my seat belt.
A really nice and very helpful person..
And great knowledge on all aspects of all makes and models of cars.
I can't recommend Paul and his team highly enough..

I have had a turbo wastegate malfunction that even Sytner MINI BMW themselves were not able to uncover. After much back and fourth with MINI, I decided to look for an independent garage and had PMW recommended to me. What a recommendation it was!

Paul and his team provided exceptional service from the offset - identifying the issue inside a day and just being nice guys throughout.

Best mechanics in the world at pmw. Spicer and his team are amazing and know everything about all vehicles if he dont know it then its not worth knowing. He has worked on 2 of my cars the first one he worked on for me was a really big job and he done it through my warranty company. He talked to them for me and got them to authorise the work. They was amazing and helped me from start to finish and professionally sorted it so many thanks to pmw.ltd im now your customer for like 👍
