This week, in a rental car, I hit the kerb and burst my front tyre. The Avis service was pathetic and useless, but I got hold of HCSC and they could not have been more helpful. They recovered me and the car, and despite my giving them inaccurate information on the tyre size , we eventually got the exact tyre replaced. Hats off to Vicky and Henry. Decent, hardworking folk that reflect brilliantly on their community. Many thanks to them.
