After two disaterous and dissapointing visits to Halfords for a routine service and MOT. The boys at Mastertech came to my rescue on both occasions. Swift action, resolving the issues and getting me back on the road. Moral of the story (from a wise mechanic I know)... don't go to Halfords! Turns out convenience does not equal a first class job. Once again thanks to the Mastertech team.

Absolutely rubbish. Showed my car and explained the issue, had parts ready. Priced quotes and agreed and booked me in for 10 days later. When I arrived at 9 am on the appointment day, first I was told no appointment booked then was told it can be done but will now cost £200 more than what was quoted initially.

My 10 days gone to waste, I could’ve gone elsewhere. Car wasn’t driven and was standing for 10 days and after that no work done. Zero customer service, definitely not professional.
