Unreliable and lack of communication!
We waited in all day for two cars to be serviced.
We originally organised for a 10am appointment but was told he was running late on a job. Then that he needed a van, then the van wasn't turning up until 1600 and still nothing heard from them!
Rubbish service.

Terrible communication & no show. I rang these guys and they agreed to come out to look at the car. 3 hours later they still hadn't arrived despite regular assurances they would be there soon. Ended up booking a recovery vehicle to take it to a local garage.

Had to have alternator replaced. Guys worked hard to get it fixed but got job done. Pleasant and helpful guys. Would recommend.

Initially impressed after completing the work but then felt let down when I asked them to come back and check something over. Really poor communication from then on - kept me hanging around all day saying they were on their way and then not turning up. Really need to improve their time management, professionalism and customer service. After this experience I wont be using them again or recommending them.

Very Pleased with everything and grateful to have friendly honest trades people locally and during a national lock down period.

NEVER GIVE YOU ANY RECIEPTS FOR ANY PARTS PAID
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Good mechanic but once car was fixed it was juddering.
Thought problem was solved but still the same

I didn't go there, just dropped my friend there.
