Booked 3 weeks in advance and then confirmed the day before by text. My wife took a half day from work so the tow bar electrics could be done. No show ! No call or texts. I phoned him twice and left a voicemail and he’s never called back. Waist of time

Very impressed. From initial contact through to installation and demo once the tow bar was fitted - I couldn't be happier.
Marcos is such a genuine guy - clearly knows what he's doing, gets on with it!
Couldn't recommend enough - would use again should I ever need another tow bar fitted.

Wouldn’t recommend this company! I had my towbar booked in for around two weeks I texted Marcos the day before to confirm he is still coming and he replied yes everything was good to go. Due to the weather on the day he asked to come the following day I agreed. That following morning come and he didn’t bother turning up let alone answering the phone!! I wouldn’t give this person the time of day just out and out rude and made me lose a day waiting around for someone who didn’t turn up! I understand things happen but there is no reason not to communicate with me! Looking back at his reviews this isn’t the first time he has done this!! It’s a shame as he seemed a nice man👎🏻
