Jake and the team (Dan and Sam) at BongoMad are outstanding at what they do. Dedicated and so knowledgeable - they are my real life guardian angels when it comes to Bongo restoration, servicing and maintenance.

Jake was the first person to actually explain the mechanics of my Bongo to me and he also shared some hints and tips. For the first time I feel that I understand the workings of my Bongo and how to care for it. I'll definitely go back to BongoMad.

Our Bongo broke down on our way to our camping trip with the kids. We managed to get it over to Jake at Bongomad and he was able to fix the fault and have us up and running by the following morning, meaning we only missed a day of our holiday.

I recently bought a Mazda Bongo - knowing nothing at all about Bongos. It needed a little bit of work here and there and Bongo Mad were recommended to me on a Bongo Facebook forum. Jake (the owner) saw my van within a couple of days of me first making contact. He is so knowledgeable and open and I trusted his judgement immediately. He and his team worked tirelessly for weeks to make my van run beautifully and also look great inside and out. He talked me through what needed doing and kept me updated throughout the whole process. He spoke in layman's terms so I understood everything - which was great as I knew nothing! I'm so glad that Bongo Mad are 30 minutes down the road from where I live as I know I'll be seeking their advice on a regular basis. Bongo Mad fit my Fiamma awning beautifully and showed me the best way to operate it. I absolutely cannot thank them enough!!

We've only had our bongo a couple of months and read a lot of good things about BongoMad so we took it there for a service and we weren't disappointed. Jake and his team have an unbelievable knowledge on the Bongo the service was great and such a friendly place they can't do enough for you.
