My fuel pump belt snapped on the way home at the worst place possible.. AA towed me to a garage in Wells that gave me the low down of how busy they were and could not give me a day/time.. luckily I came across Jay at Mendip Auto Service that was not only able to get a reasonably price belt/tensioner kit but also picked my car up and fitted it all the next day realising I was in need to get back on the road! They have a very clean workshop and a good overall approach over the phone and in person in comparison to other local garages!

Drove to Somerset on holiday and unfortunately the car broke down. On a Friday evening we thought we'd be unable to see anyone til Monday. But this garage came to our rescue and went above and beyond to see us Saturday evening. Then after diagnostic we were booked in for first thing Monday morning and fixed all of our issues. Fantastic service at short notice and we felt stress free throughout the process. Thank you so much.

Took up VW Up in for a 40k service. Really efficient and a very good price. Service interval and log book stamped. Just a very good experience.

Their customer service is far more superior than any other garage in Wells and I am indebted to them for their immediate assistance. 5 stars all round, pure quality throughout. Jay recently did all of my Clio belts for a very competitive price. I dropped the car off and he had it back to me in only 2 days! He is super knowledgeable and has given me plenty of advice regarding the car. It's needless to say that I am already making plans to return for future work because the experience was that good 👍 would recommend to anyone and everyone!
