Due to myself relocating, I thought I would leave an excellent review for this garage. I have never been treated so well by a garage and they are as honest people as you can get. Great prices and always treat you as a valued customer. I will still use MRK where and when I can despite living over 100 miles away. Couldn't get better and I probably will never find better. Leigh

Botched MOT, failing to service a car properly or even servicing it, failure to change a dangerous tyre with two splits during MOT, missed split turbo pipe on service.

Changed 3 tyres allegedly but see my review on net cars Ilkeston and it will show you full story.

Failure to diagnose a faulty gearbox and drivetrain issues.

cannot see or understand basic issues with cars, you do not need to be a expert to see the issues they missed.

Great family run business, well priced and good communication. If you are in the local area I would recommend using these guys.

Great garage, cannot recommend them enough. Friendly, knowledgeable and most important fair & honest.

My wife's car had a few irritating faults. We had already been told that the parts alone would be over £1k so we just gave MRK the car and asked them to sort it. They took it in for a few days but spent the time checking and double checking what was actually wrong with it, and in the end presented us with a bill for just under £130!
