Birkhill Garage

Ross helped us out when our car broke down due to a faulty alternator and was recovered to his garage. He was the only garage to answer the phone bank holiday Monday and he contacted us when the car hadn't arrived as expected so I could chase up the recovery. Once it was there he had a cancellation and squeezed us in, confirmed the fault, price and timescales all in time for us to travel back home Sunday as planned. Stressful for us but it helped us greatly and was reasonably priced, much appreciated!

Had a coolant hose burst on my vehicle on the motorway towards Edinburgh, made a temporary repair until i could get to this garage, the lads found a pipe that fitted and refilled my coolant system. All done in 20m mins ,back on the road absolutely brilliant service. Would recommend.

Had an issue with my car on the way back from my trip into the Highlands, the guys there sorted me out in no time at all !

The loveliest people! Our VW started malfunctioning on our way home to Bristol from Scotland (so very far away). We came to the nearest garage and it happened to be these fabulous guys. Sorted our broken pipe within 20 minutes and got to hang out with their stunning dog whilst waiting. Thanks so much!! You saved us. Highly recommend to everyone.

Would highly recommend. Had an issue with PDF Flexi unit on exhaust for BMW 1 series, got a quote for over £thousand from garage in Glasgow. Got a second opinion from these guys,Ross done a great job, he explained the issue to me and got it fixed for a fraction of the price, would have no hesitation in using these guys again, fantastic service.

Fantastic service with the lads at birkhill. Broke down due to injector a long long way from home (Ireland) and after a long day waiting hours for our recovery truck (via our insurance third party) we finally pulled into birkhill at 4.30pm. Despite being extremely busy after new year and us unannounced they squeezed us in sourced a new part locally and had us back on road within 1.5hrs, working late past closing. Honest, fair and very generous with their time. Big thanks also to gorgeous dog Diesel who saw me stressed and kept me calm at my side.. Thank you guys for the help it was much appreciated! Our car broke down outside Lanark just before Xmas on our way to the Scottish Highlands from England. RAC completely failed us but thankfully, we found this garage. A couple of phone calls later, Ross and his team towed the car to their garage, just in time before they closed down for the holidays, and then repaired the car after they reopened, all for a very fair cost. Can't thank them enough!

Arrived with a broken part on our vehicle today miles from home.
These guys helped us out straight away without a moments notice.
